Publish the already pre-built aarch64 and x86_64 Windows binaries on winget-pkgs. One option to consider is winget-releaser.

Yeah, so, you can just do that. Like, that's what a packager is.

For example you'll see that the Rust manifests in winget aren't maintained by the Rust project, but by some third-party packager: https://github.com/Rust-Winget-Bot

Or how the homebrew formula for cargo-binstall was submitted and is maintained by someone unaffiliated: Moisan/homebrew-core@35a9879
