Deprecate camel-chimera-rmlmapper component

Now that the MTL component can directly execute RML mapping rules, we should consider deprecating the RML component (also due to legacy code with problematic dependencies and not being able to execute RML mappings conformant with the new specs). I propose deprecating it in the next minor release and removing it in the next major release.

After the KGC Challenge, report link to conformance tests of new RML specs.
