Localization extension

local loc = require("buildat/extension/localization")
text = loc("Stuff in original language")

There should be some convention for naming and placing localization files in such a way that this extension automatically gets them. The format should probably be compatible with gettext because of the tools available for it - but not necessarily if there is a good reason.
