pip install django-celery-beat fails to find celery<6.0, >=5.2.3

Tried pip install django-celery-beat with activated venv and got No matching distribution found for celery<6.0,>=5.2.3 (from django-celery-beat)

previously pip install celery installed celery-5.1.2

Any suggestions?
