阶段一

由于推送依赖库 https://github.com/nikoksr/notify 不支持Gotify，前期先采用原生http的形式进行支持。
依赖库的PR已经提交到nikoksr/notify仓库， 等待Dev Review。

阶段二

等 nikoksr/notify#966 合并后，将代码替换为notify库的实现。

• 后端：internal/pkg/core/notifier/providers/
• 前端：ui/src/components/notification/

P.S. 其实可以无需依赖 notify，现在的程序设计上并不跟 notify 耦合。

好的，先弄一个可用版本，后面再看用哪个依赖库，notify库现在看更新不太及时了。
