Tiling does not work for pattern produced by cropping larger vector

Somewhat ironically, PDFStitcher cannot tile pages for a pattern that was created by defining bounding boxes around tiled regions of a single vector graphic (e.g. fabrico.design patterns). These import very nicely into Inkscape by choosing a single page - perhaps PDFStitcher could check for this behaviour and simply "uncrop" the image?
