Docs Migration to docusaurus

Here is an umbrella issue for tracking todos:

• Components overview
• Figure out styling for InlineCode to match old docs and align with props-table styles
• Fix /styled-system/theme file with custom components
• Build a Component to replace the AspectRatio components in the theming pages
• Same for Img Component in /styled-system/component-style
• Fix Integrations guides in getting-started -> convert sandpack
• Convert the ComponentLink component to panda
• Add ComponentLink component at the top of all docs
• Migrate the VideoPlayer component to panda
• Check mdx files for usage of ChakraComponents (like Box for example) and replace with custom implementation based on panda
• Add link to roadmap
• Icon page has a broken component that need to be replaced with a new implementation based on panda
• Go through all the pages in the old docs and check if everything is migrated
