Question about watchdog issue

Hi,

I have two questions about WDT module.

#1 What's the usage of WDT_CFG register? Per Caliptra RTL, this register does not have any logic involved.
#2 MCU rom code enables WDT through below code but does not have any WDT strobe operation when waiting MCU image available. If host doesn't send image through recovery interface, the MCU will be reset by WDT again and again, right? If so, is this behavior as expected?
