Define and document test plan for expanded log source ingestion

Problem

We know LME can ingest logs from cloud environments and other OS's (Linux, MacOS) but we haven't tested log ingestion and we don't have any documentation that can provide guidance for users who need to collect logs from these sources.

Solution

Create a repeatable testing process and plan that we can use for testing ingest of log sources from AWS, GCP, Linux, and MacOS.

Outcomes and Definition of Done

• Testing plan template is developed and posted to the LME SharePoint doc repo
