problem running cset in docker

The first issue is that there is no CSETWeb.bak backup file, which is indicated in the restoredb.sql file.

The second issue, when trying to upload files from version 12.2.1.0 standalone or enterprise, there is an error of missing 'Encryption' column in the 'USERS' table.

The third issue, after manually adding the 'Encryption' column to the 'USERS' table, the application returns the message 'The application is running locally. No login is required.

Using the 'Continue' button returns the same page with the message as above.
