Datasette 1.0/main compatibility

There is a large number of internal changes in the current development version of datasette that break DUX. Do you intend to upgrade DUX for this? It seems like a lot of work, unfortunately...

There was one pending big change that I expected to cause breakage, sounds like it's maybe landed.

I'll have a look sometime in August or September
