Description

Following #37 that opens way to use multiple ORM/ODM, doctrine-migrations usage required to much work, without benefits.
So, remove it and update install/upgrade documentations.

  • Documentation updates
    • Reference
    • Changelog
  • Unit tests

Breaking changes

Projects upgrade needs follow ingupgrade instructions.
