Tag 4.11.1 exists, but last release is 4.11.0

Hi,

i checked with @rkoster why the pipeline is not picking up the latest release. According to our investigation it does not because while the tag is there, no bosh release was created with the fix from 4.11.1. Can you please create a new release?
