Description

When someone left the company or team, their team memberships are removed from the teams in the organization. However, they are still left as organization members.

Acceptance Criteria

• Add a new label for organization: repoguard.sap/removeNonTeamMembers: true|false
• Update organization controller to remove these users from the organization
