Table Column Flickering and scroll issue

when column resizable is enabled for table I see two issues

1. Table is somehow movable to left and right
2. When I resize the column other columns are getting flickered (Just observe the State and Domain name columns when I resize Delivery method column)

Thanks for your report. It looks like a bug indeed. I created an internal ticket and I will let you know when there is any update.

The excess of scroll was fixed in the latest release.

We will look into the flickering elements too, but this one might be trickier. It is likely related to our recent removal of a resize observer polyfill.

The flickering problem is now fixed, too. The PR: #4159

The change is already merged and verified in the demo page.
