Reformat the PR test profiling test page to have a table

### Description

A table could be easier to digest than a linear list. Perhaps the workflow steps as columns, and the various measurements as rows (similarly to the table in MaxMemoryPreload table)?

Also links to logs could be useful in case the profiling jobs have problems.
