Import the change requests with UN Numbers from the Maintenance Sheet

Currently the maintenance team work from a google sheet to manage the change requests which come in from the UN website

The form requires login and is found at https://apps.unece.org/unlocode/

When bringing in these change requests we need to;

• Extract the data that is intended to make it in to the UNLOCODE list and update the country file on a branch for the UN Number
• Automate the Pull Request to the UNLOCODE main branch where the maintenance team would review it including the other dat such as remarks
• Run some basic checks on data quality to ensure the data for review meets criteria, otherwise label the pull request as invalid
