This applies to beer entry, brewery entry, etc.
It would be nice for the fields that will possibly have longer string values (names, URLs, notes) that they would expand to take up more space on the screen. Of course, that assumes that the screen space is available - they should still play nice with small phone screens.
While considering this, it might also be nice to adjust the layout of some of the forms to better group the different sections together.
