Frustrating for users when they run out of time/disk quota and they don't realize what's happening. Though quotas show up on the My Worksheets page, I think we need to have the disk quota and time quota show up on top bar when you're on a worksheet, with a warning when you're close to running out of quota (just do what Gmail does).
