Adding Oujda

Hi @pborreli . From what i've understood, by going through the code, the africa_data.json file isn't automatically generated ( guys correct me if i'm wrong). I think you can fork the project, add Oujda in
africa_data.json ( while respecting the data format and its accurary ) and then submit a megre request.
