[stub] Research transcription accuracy for homonyms

During the transcription review we found a small number of errors for numbers that sound alike. For example:

• ‘fifteen’ > 50
• ‘fifty’ > 60

We also saw ‘seventeen’ > 70 a while ago. We should research common errors and figure out a way to either fix them or send users a useful error message.
