I've taken a stab at summarizing this behemoth of a concept!

My approach, given that ExoPlayer requires a lot of set-up as shown in it's demo project, which the documentation already summarizes in depth, was an even simplified summary of the key concepts for getting started, and describing what happens at a high level, with links to the aforementioned places.

I also added a link and summary to TubiPlayer, a open-source project developed by my current employers to make setting up an ExoPlayer quick and painless.
