(Request) Add Kiro.dev IDE integration module

If someone would integrate kiro.dev (the new AI IDE kid on the block) with Coder as a module, that would be awesome. I've recently picked it up with @DevelopmentCats in the office, and it's a strong competitor to Cursor with lots of promise in terms of functionality and features.

I believe it's created by the AWS team, or has some relation, it uses Claude Sonnet 3.7/4.0 as it's underlying LLM.

Linux binaries are "available" if you got into the beta, although I believe @DevelopmentCats has a copy we can work with in the meantime for testing and integration.
