@mistricky my rust toolchain on windows is a little wonky atm and couldn't get openssl-sys to build (i have no idea how it built like a year ago)

if you would trigger a build workflow on your branch I can test the binary

@nopeless I will merged this PR, and then u can test it in the latest version

@namecallfilter I know strawberry perl exists but im trying to not have like 3 perl's on my system because softwares keep installing one for themselves. unfortunately the openssl build doesnt rly like my msys one and refuses to build and i havent gotten around to investigating it more
