Sorry for the delay. I've compiled the accesses here: https://github.com/coldbrewcloud/coldbrew-cli/wiki/AWS-IAM-Policies But I haven't tested this myself.

I had to add "iam:PassRole" to the policies.

Edit: Also needed the following:

                "ecr:InitiateLayerUpload",
                "ecr:UploadLayerPart",
                "ecr:CompleteLayerUpload",
                "ecr:BatchCheckLayerAvailability",
