[Page Title Component] As a User I want to be able to see the page number and add a custom title

• Each page has a number displayed above the top left corner of the canvas as 'Page 4 -'
• 'Add Page title' is displayed by default
• User should have an ability to customize that title
• As they click away from the text box, the page title should be set
• If the user set the page title to a blank string, we should set the title back to default
