[Script request] rtorrent/rutorrent #549

These two products are lightweight and 'bursty' services and ideal for deployment as an LXC but are hard to install unless you are a company deploying seed boxes at scale. There is an Alpine Docker container that is actively maintained by crazy-max but I don't want to create a VM for such a lightweight product. I have already started a script that builds all the components from source on Alpine and deploys them using the S6 overlay for running the services. It works but the docker container relies on environment variables for config and I am still looking for a good way to do that with LXC. I also need to wrap the script in tteck bolierplate. Realistically this is going to take 6-10 weeks until a general pull request although if anyone else wants to try this I can push beta releases to my community-scripts fork. |

Description
rTorrent is an actively maintained, high performance bittorrent client that has a command line user interface built on ncurses. A modern reality is that most users are not comfortable with command line so ruTorrent exists as a highly functional web client that controls rtorrent via its API.
