confused on where to start

i've built the server for the vm, however, i dont know where to create the vm itself. i've picked windows ME for my VM btw

i assume i'll have to create while as the collabvm user

You should create the VM by invoking QEMU normally, and then use the same command in your CollabVM config.toml

weirdly enough, windows ME isn't starting up. all the files are there, but it hangs at startup for some reason.
