Description

Hi,

I purchased a subscription on June 13 and emailed support@continue.dev the same day to request a refund, as I decided not to use the product.

After receiving no response, I sent a follow-up email on June 18. Unfortunately, I still have not received any reply to either email.

I'm posting here in the hope that someone from the team can confirm that my request has been received and advise on the status of the refund.

I understand that support requests can take time, but the lack of any acknowledgment or response after two emails is concerning.
