No documentation for running tests.

Hello!

There seems to be no info in the README about how to compile and run the test suite. Since catch/catch2 seems to have growing pains right now -- please could you bundle the exact version and files for the catch library that you are using with this project.

I tried many things, but I gave up on the library in the end, for now, because I can't run the tests. Other developers have potentially done the same thing ..

We have updated the readme file indicating a copy of the catch2 library we used is located on our download site. We are using Catch2 version 2. Please let us know if these modifications are sufficient.
