Demo videos

Suggested by @napvasconcelos: one or two short (1-2 min) videos showing

• the main capabilities of the manual sorting GUI
• a quick "getting started" video with the main instructions to install and run the software on example data

That's a great idea; I think it would probably help a lot. I could work on
this with @nippoo when I'm back if it isn't done by then.
