Using dokuwiki pages for included hooks #122

It would be nice to be able to use DW pages to create Include Hooks as in Bootstrap3 template.
HTML or PHP Hooks is nice but this doesn't allow to use some features from DW or its extensions, HTML Hooks can easyly modified with "Avanced plugin" but are statics, and PHP Hooks requires an access to filesystem on the server.
Template Includes plugin (tplinc) allows this, usefull, but requires too much steps, and Hook "header" is missing ;)
