Logo missing when printing

Issue Description

When generating a PDF from a wiki document, the logo specified in the media manager does not show up.

This does not seem to be related to sprintdoc.

1. How do you generate the PDF? Presumably using the dw2pdf plugin? In that case you need to include the logo yourself in the dw2pdf template. The default template does not include any logos. So this is not a bug.
2. What do you mean by specifying the logo in the media manager? Uploading a file to one of the supported locations listed in the documentation?

To make things clear: @AnnaOlew relates to printing the wiki page when the SprintDoc template is in use. In the default Dokuwiki template, the wiki logo is visible when printing, whereas with Sprintdoc it is not. I have attached the same page printed with the two templates:

I guess it might make sense to give the print view of the template a bit more love.

Could you tell me which logo versions you have set up and if you're using SVG or PNG logos? If possible, can you attach the used logo graphics to this issue?
