Description
Currently the code suggests ConstBuffers as as a substitute for ConstBufferSequence. We should decide whether to use Asio's spelling or our own. This would depend on whether one is a perfect substitute for the other. If we do use our own name, the documentation needs an explanation of the rationale and the differences.
