Package installation not working

Thanks for updating the docs to add the pip note (#3). I have since realised that the `setup.py` doesn't work, though. No files are copied.

I tried to fix it but realised that the changes were already created in a pull request (#1) two years ago but seemingly not pulled.

So maybe you could pull those changes now :-) ..?
