An enquiry has recently been received from a court practitioner within a county youth offending team. Please see copy of request below for consideration for inclusion when we work on this area on the new Hub.

_The question of term of a DTO has been approached by one of the case managers. I am sure I have read that the 4,6,8,10, 12, 18 and 24 month have been replaced by between 4 and up to 24 months.

I have been looking at the sentencing act 2020 and that states the term is 4,6,8,10,12 and 24. However the Sentencing Council and your hub just says between 4 and 24 months._
