GitHub projects tasks get unassigned on lock

This is potentially hard to fix. We'd have to track task assignments, making the whole thing overly complex.

• Inform students about this problem, provide workaround (use tags to assign team members)
• Track task assignments on lock, reassign them on unlock (or find better way to lock teams)
