it's not possible to set false value via env var

Hello, when trying to set value `VERIFY_SSL_SERVER` = `false` via env var, it seems that it doesn't have any effect. Maybe due to this condition https://github.com/curityio/example-python-openid-connect-client/blob/master/config.py#L64
