postgresql 16

Hi there!

I happened to have ubuntu noble installed and that comes with postgres version 16. Any idea when the docker deployment will move to version 16?

At the moment I'm using the dockerized postgres (works well, thanks!), but want to shift to a consolidated setup directly using the distribution's server.
