cvat sdk not importing all annotation.

I am trying to import annotation using cvat sdk for an object tracking task. But it is not importing all annotation. It only imports boxes that have switch keyframe turned on. This is a code snippet that i use.

from cvat_sdk import make_client
with make_client(host=cvat_url) as client:

    client.login((username, password))
    job_detail=client.jobs.retrieve(1972474)
    annotations = job_detail.get_annotations()
    tracks = annotations.tracks
print(len(annotations.tracks[0]['shapes']), len(annotations.tracks[1]['shapes']))

>> 65 15

The second track has almost same number of instances as the first one. Only difference is that the switch keyframe property is not turned on for all occurrences for second one.
