Jump issue with Solo payment #9885

Steps to Reproduce
I have checked previous issues #9350 and similar situations have occurred before.
When I click on "get started" for solo payment, the website is“ https://www.cvat.ai/pricing/cvat-online#solo". Directly redirected to the annotation page, no payment link appeared.
