Skip deploy but release to github

Hi,
i would like if you could manage to allow -Darguments="-Dmaven.deploy.skip=true" to be given as an argument to maven, but still trigger the github release upload.

As is if -Darguments="-Dmaven.deploy.skip=true" is given to maven, the Github release is skipped.
