Verifying chunked upload payload signatures

Hey there, thanks for the library - I'm trying to validate S3 signatures coming from the AWS CLI when it's signing them using chunked upload mode. I can't find a way to do it with the existing functionality 😄

Is this something currently implemented and I've just missed it, or would you be willing to accept/help with a PR supporting it?

This has not been implemented yet. S3 signing is a bit weird, and handling chunked payloads will require some curious handling, since the body—potentially up to 5 GB in size—will need to be stored somewhere. Most likely, we'll need to make a trait (BodyCache?) which the signature algorithm relies on for the concrete implementation. (Caching to disk is silly if all you want to do is handle 1 MB objects for a test site; storing in memory is infeasible for a high performance server with thousands of connections...)

Right now, I have a branch where I've been trying to unify this repository with other scratchstack elements (and refresh dependencies, which seem to break scratchstack); however, real work has made this a slow process. 😮‍💨 With that caveat in mind, I'm more than happy to accept help and PRs!
