Backup Text Snippets

I have about one hundred snippets accumulated. I would really like to save my snippet collection for installation on other devices and as a backup.

@damionx7 could you consider adding a "Text Snippets" type header and a menu for creating and restoring a backup to the snippet modal window

You have created a convenient backup and restore menu in the "Saved Searches" window
