Shortcut - New Note from Clipboard

It would be immensely useful to have a launcher shortcut that, in a single click, creates and displays a note (in selected repository) with the current content from Clipboard.

1. Click in shortcut
   

2. New note opens and displays content from Clipboard in default mode
