Quick start now matches the companion post: one folder, originals in original-records/, assistant pointed at AGENTS.md by link, ZIP as fallback.
Originals stay inside the health folder in original-records/ (already excluded by both .gitignore files). The assistant reads them only per approved batch and never edits them.
AGENTS.md gives the raw-file URL pattern for assistants that arrived by link.

Added a privacy and safety chapter with consent, provider transmission, local storage, backups, git, source verification, research, and urgent-care boundaries.
Added public contribution rules. Personal medical data is banned from issues, pull requests, discussions, commits, screenshots, and attachments.
Added a starter folder with profile, source-index, care-team, decision, side-effect, research-watch, and appointment-prep templates.
Added a compact synthetic example with source IDs and provenance.
Expanded git guards for common medical, imaging, genetics, spreadsheet, and archive formats.
Added complete MIT and CC BY 4.0 license texts under LICENSES/.
