chore: update sync_labels workflow to our own label repository

Description

The repository has a workflow named "Sync labels" (https://github.com/dart-frog-dev/dart_frog/blob/main/.github/workflows/sync_labels.yaml) that syncs all labels from https://raw.githubusercontent.com/VeryGoodOpenSource/.github/main/.github/labels.yml.

Ideally we would setup a new repository under dart-frog-dev where we would declare our labels, then update such link.

• sync_labels relies on dart-frog-dev defined labels

I wonder if we could get away with updating the labels at the organization level since we only have 1 repository atm.
