connection speed to the website for users in China

I am a loyal user of this website(https://www.rdocumentation.org/), which is really helpful for quickly accessing the content that I need. However, I recently found that the website appears a slow internet connection in China. I used a ping tool to check if it's common all over China and it seems all test sites have a bad internet speed to the website (>200ms). I pinged it for myself, and it reached 8201ms !!

Although I have used a proxy to fix my issues and the network connections may be affected by various reasons, those who do not have quick access to this site will feel struggled and may abandon the provided services in China.

Until now, it is still convenient, good, and free of charge, thanks to all of the developers. Hope the connection issue can be fixed.
