Dedicates note for diary entry

Sometimes it would be nice to add some notes to a diary entry. For example, something like "no scale, just a guess" or "unknown amount of oil".

I guess one workaround is to make dedicated foods where this information is in the notes of the food or in the food name.

Another way to save notes in the diary is to long press the + button and add a zero calorie quick-add entry with a custom description. Unfortunately, there is no way to edit the text once it's saved, but it's a pretty good workaround.
