Perhaps a new tag must be created for deadpool-lapin to support lapin = "4" ?

Sorry if there is already a tracking issue, but I was wondering why the dependency upgrade has not been pushed yet. I am trying to use RabbitMQ 4 but it looks like the current lapin version is unsupported in default configuration, per the error: INTERNAL_ERROR - Feature transient_nonexcl_queues is deprecated.\nBy default, this feature is not permitted anymore.\nThe feature will be removed from a future major RabbitMQ version, regardless of the configuration; actual version to be determined..

Yes. lapin 4 is incompatible with lapin 3 according to semantic versioning. Therefore a new release of deadpool-lapin is needed.
